Stop complicating everything! Christianity is easy, we are only obligated to follow one law, the law of Christ!
1 Cor. 9:21
To them that are without law, as without law, (being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without law.
Gal. 6:2
Bear ye one another’s burdens and so fulfil the law of Christ.
Love your neighbor as yourself:
Gal. 5:14
For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt
Love thy neighbour as thyself.
Matt. 7:12
Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.
Rom. 13:8-10
Owe no man anything, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.
For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
Even called the ROYAL LAW
James 2:8
If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:
And this “love your neighbour as thyself” can only be achieved by receiving God’s love to be able to love God (Matt. 18:21-35 Luk. 7:47). Which then becomes the fufillment of whole law.
Matt. 22:36-40
Master, which is the great commandment in the lawt?
Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
This is the first and great commandment.
And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
This is your calling in Jesus Christ. This is what you are created for and what God has prepared beforehand for you. The ways that God has predestined are not what partner you will have, which people you will meet every day or which education you get etc. God’s plan is that no matter the choices that you make, there will always be people on your path in which you can do good to, and in these moments show God’s good works.
Ephesians 2:10
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
This is what Jesus is trying to teach to his apostles in John 9 about the blind man.
John 9:1-7
And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth.
And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind?
Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.
I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.
As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.
When he had thus spoken, he spat on the ground, and made clay of the spittle, and he anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay,
And said unto him, Go, wash in the pool of Siloam, (which is by interpretation, Sent.) He went his way therefore, and washed, and came seeing.
Ministry – Your service to God is to love your neighbor as yourself. Which starts with first knowing what God has done (Luk. 7:47, Gal 3:1). Receiving God’s love leads to the cup overflowing onto others, and you can’t stop it. Now suddenly all people in all situations become your mission field and you are just looking for a moment to manifest the goodness of God.
Titus 2:14
Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
