Everyone is searching for a purpose and the purpose of life is to have a relationship with our Creator, God. It was this relationship Jesus came to restore. He came to reconcile man with God.
You see, all people are facing a big problem!
All people are by nature sinners (Col.2:11, Eph. 2:3). Sin is a word in the Bible defining our rebellion against God, that we are walking our own path and not God’s (1 Sam. 15:22-23, Lam.3:42, Dan. 9:8-9, 1 John 3:4).
All have sinned – rebelled against God (Roman 3:23) and lost our right to be God`s children, (Joh. 1:12). All people have inherited their sinful nature from Adam, the first man. By Adam`s sin to eat from the forbidden fruit God told him not to do, the inherent desire to sin came into the human race, and all people became sinners by nature for we are all descendants of Adam (Romans 5:12). Just as we inherit our physical nature with its defect of our physical parents, we inherit our rebellious and sinful nature of Adam. We are born with a nature to sin, to be rebellious against God, our Creator and His laws (Psalm 51:5).
Let me ask you: Have you ever lied? Stolen? Lusted? Had evil thoughts, cheating, Cussing? Gossip? Hated? loved yourself more than others? Brutal or used violence?.. And How many times have you done it? 1.000, 10.000, 100,000, maybe 1.000 000. We are sinners not because we sin, but we sin because we have a sinful nature.
The Bible says that our corrupt sin nature inherited from Adam makes us slaves unto sin, there is no escape, and we are in a path to eternal separation from God in a place called hell (Dan12:2, Matt. 3:12, 25:41, Mark 9:47- 48, 2 Thess. 1:9, Rev.14:10-11) And it is this problem that all people are facing.
This is not God’s will and plan. God loves you and wants to have a relationship with you. He made a way for you to be forgiven. God became a man, Jesus Christ. And kept all the commandments required, and lived a sinless life we couldn’t live, in our behalf!
The Bible says in 2 Cor 5:21:
“He made Jesus who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Jesus” ( Have a right standing with God through Jesus).
Jesus’ death on the cross was the perfect and complete payment for your sins. He took the consequences you deserved, SO YOU CAN GO FREE. God was willing to accept the perfect sacrifice of Jesus as a substitute for punishing you for your sins.
Joh 1:12:
“But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God”
God will save you and give you a new nature (His Spirit) with new desires so you can live for HIM, (2 Cor. 5:17, 1 Cor 6:17, Gal. 2:20 ), and everlasting life if you believe in Jesus Christ (John 3:16). Trust in Jesus TODAY, You may not have tomorrow!
“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved”( Acts 2:21)

Becoming spiritual (i.e. believing in Jesus) is only the first step. “Many are called, but few are chosen” – Matthew 12:14.

After you receive the spirit, you will still be tempted by the desires of the flesh, as Jesus was tempted in the desert. You will slip, and have to find your way back. Others (often those closest to you) will seek to push you from the path to satisfy their own desires. Nothing worth having is easy, but we were promised that if you seek, you will find. Never give up, never give in; when you fall, get back up and keep going.
Amen. I am amazed to see friend, How our Awesome God has lead you, has made you one of his Vessel, one of His Personal Envoy to the World. Come let us pray
